How long does it take to get my CrateTee?
Because every item is printed on demand, it typically takes 2-5 business days to print and pack your order. Shipping then adds another 3-5 days depending on your location. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it ships!
Will my card be charged right away?
Yes. To ensure your order is sent to the printers immediately without any delays, your payment method is charged at the exact moment of checkout.
What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
No need to stress! If there is a defect with the print or the garment itself, just send our support team a quick photo within 30 days. We will fast-track a free replacement to your door.
Can I change my address after ordering?
We move fast to get your gear printed. If you spot a typo in your shipping address, email us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once it enters the printing phase, we can no longer reroute it.
